Talking about play, I tried to play a prank today. haha. Which of course, failed miserably. :(
Woke up superb early today, 5:30am, to make sure I reach Yishun Sec by 6:30am to surprise Ms Seng. I foreboded she was not gonna walk in or take a bus, so I may have to whip out a back up plan (which I don't have, and I think calling her deflates the surprise factor) - and wella! she DROVE to sch. I was so glad I prayed and kept telling God that if in any case she doesn't go to sch by any of the routes I conjectured, then please tell me. God totally answered my prayer and her mum passed me by and saw me! In my heart, that was the cue of a FAILED surprise - unable to stun her by my sudden appearance.
So, since it was already past 7am, I called her frantically and phew! she returned my call or I would have a totally wasted trip today. My last last last resort was actually to deposit the item at the security guard stand if she does not contact me by 7:15am. haha. I like how everything is 7. it was 7am, 6miss calls+1 reutrn call = 7 calls. Totally complete perfect number! :D
I think one thing I hate about surprises is the uncertainty and risk factor you have got to undertake. Seriously, either my "surprise" skill needs to be honed, or Ms Seng just always never fails to spoil my plan. The one who should be scared always gives me heart-attack instead.
